Air quality has improved significantly in Hungary

The air quality in the country has improved significantly, according to the data of the map published by the National Center for Public Health (NNK) on Monday, showing the previous day’s measurements.

The air hygiene index system has four categories: acceptable, objectionable, unhealthy and dangerous.

According to NNK data, air quality is acceptable everywhere in the country.

Last week, the air quality in nine Hungarian settlements was dangerous due to airborne dust, in eleven it was unhealthy, and in six settlements it was objectionable.
